BIO
It all started in the last year of elementary school for New Zealand born actor Mike Ginn, when a young girl told him he was “really good” in a skit.
Fast forward to 2004 where Mike took no less than 11 acting workshops that year to get audition ready to be accepted in the 2005 intake of one of New Zealand’s top drama school, UNITEC School of Performing and Screen Arts… which he was.
An acting workshop junkie, during those 3 years full time at drama school, Mike continued attending more workshops outside of school including an 80 week Meisner workshop he began during his 2nd year.
In 2008, Mike graduated with a Bachelor of Performing and Screen Arts, and in his first year out, picked up recurring and guest roles on TV shows, leads in theatre, and a series regular role on Disney/ABC’s Power Rangers RPM, as the Gold Power Ranger.
Mike continued with lead and a supporting roles on feature films, theatre, and recently relocated to LA in late 2010.
Outside of acting, Mike enjoys kickboxing, P90X, physical great outdoor activities, has become an Americana lover and actually LIKES driving in LA!
